Plytech Ghana Ltd manufactures four main types of plywood: Commercial Plywood (general purpose, interior use), Marine Plywood (waterproof, for marine and wet environments), Hardwood Plywood (premium decorative grade with hardwood face veneers), and Film Faced Plywood (heavy-duty concrete formwork with phenolic film coating). All products are available in standard thicknesses from 4mm to 25mm and standard sizes of 4×8 ft and 5×10 ft, with custom sizes available for larger orders.
We work with buyers of all sizes, from individual contractors to large distributors. For retail purchases, there is no strict minimum. For wholesale and bulk orders, we recommend contacting our sales team directly to discuss volume pricing, which is typically structured around bundle quantities (usually 50 panels per bundle depending on thickness). Export orders have minimum quantity requirements — please enquire for details.
Yes. While our standard range covers the most common sizes and thicknesses, we can accommodate custom dimensions for larger orders. Custom cutting is available for specific project requirements. Yes, we provide delivery within the Kumasi area and can arrange logistics for deliveries elsewhere in Ghana. For export orders, we work with freight partners for shipping to West African and international destinations. Export documentation, packaging, and logistics can be discussed as part of your order. Contact us for specific delivery enquiries.
Our quality assurance process covers raw material inspection, moisture testing, glue spread monitoring, press parameter control, dimensional accuracy checks, bond strength testing, and visual grading. We are happy to provide product samples for assessment prior to placing bulk orders. Factory visits can also be arranged for buyers wishing to inspect our production processes in person.
Our office and factory operate Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.
